Complaint

I would like to log a complaint againt T & M IZIMOTO AUTO. I took my car in because it had an oil leakage problem. The owner Themba Libisi agreed to fixing the car. The car was fixed but upon it being fixed, it broke down and I had to personally push the car home. I called him but to no availability, only until I advised him that i will be taking the matter forward he called me to say that he will be sending a tow car to tow the car to his workshop. This only happened a week later after reporting the matter to him. The car was then fixed after two weeks or so. after fetching it the third time, it broke down again and after reporting the matter, he did not get back to me and I had to see myself out of the problem, this was on Sunday the 7th of July. The problem started again, I got stuck with the same problem, he attended to the car and promised it was not going to give me problems again. This morning on my way to work, the car broke down again. I immediately tried making contact with him but to no availability. His phone rings and he is not picking up, even his work line is currently off. I am really fuming at this stage and feel as though he has taken advantage because I am a woman and he feels the need to give me the run around.
