Deposit paid and no work done 2.5 months later. No refund. Avoid Donovan Payne / T-K-G Solutions

Do not trust Donovan Payne who owns and runs T-K-G Solutions. Our complex appointed him and paid him a deposit to redo our entrance gates roughly 2 months ago. He is full of excuses and never keeps his word. He misses every single appointment and has done no work. He did not provide the service he was paid for and continues to make promises about paying the money back but he never does. We have now gone the legal route...avoid him like the plague. I've been in touch with one of his previous customers and she had a similar experience.
