T-connect running ********** debit orders

Signed new contract with T connect in July 2019. After router was delivered they discovered there was no reception at my home. Contract was cancelled. Confirmation received from T connect. Debit order still runs on my bank account for 7th month. Every month I phoned, sent emails to T connect with no luck. I am taking legal action now.
