i would not recommend them to anyone.

<p>I took out a contract with this company, the sale went wonderful, as soon as i put the phone down. It all went wrong, they billed me incorrectly, twice, they got my address, contact number incorrect. THEY ADDED A 4 PRODUCTS WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH ME. I have called them multiple times, spoken to different staff with no resolution . They have no knowledge of my complaints even though i have complained formally with them( 3 times) regarding their admin fee i was charged, when all the admin was wrong, excluding my payment details.</p> <p>They NEVER have a manager to talk to. NEVER have a team leader to talk to.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am still wating on my complaint to be attended to. since 25/07/2017</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic Service</p>
