<p>The agent contacted me from T-Connect and offered me an upgrade on my 10G data package. I confirmed several times during the call that it was indeed an upgrade and not a new contract. She confirmed over and over that it was an upgrade. But it wasn't. It was indeed a new contract. I have been struggling since mid January to get rid of the additional contract on my Telkom account. When requesting the call recordings i'm being told that i need a court order. I've been billed for Feb and March now for a contract that i didn't authorise. When i reversed my D/O they just suspended my account at Telkom. I'm a hostage of Telkom's incompetance and T-Connect's *****.</p>
