Be aware: T-connect doing ********** sales over the phone

<p>i was contacted by a "sales" person from T-connect over the phone to offer me a 100GB p/m LTE deal for R699-00. i was rather interested as the deal sounded reasonable and value for money.</p> <p>a week later the modem was delivered by Mobile talk and when i wanted to set it up at home i detected that my contract stated that i only receive 50GB monthly. When quering this with another "customer care" agent from Mobile talk I was told that they don't have anything to do with T-connect but I can cancel the deal if I want. I cancelled there and then and asked them to fetch the modem.</p> <p>The modem was fetched only a few weeks later and in the meantime my debit order (with TELKOM) was already taken out of my account. i am still battling to get this reversed with Telkom.</p> <p>what I am the most upset about is the fact that nothing happens to the ********* who sold me the contract in the first place. i have asked for the recording but was told that they don't send it to the clients. what a joke!!!</p> <p>as one can only phone and complain to people in call centers who neither can help nor can decide anything one is totally stuck and at the mercy of these companies. </p> <p>and of course nobody reimburses me for all the time, effort and cost which i spent trying to get my hard earned money back in my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>shame on you...</p>
