TT insurance are a bunch of ******

I was involved in an accident on the 6/03/2018 -- the person who crushed into me was insured with tt insurance . I submitted all the documents that they needed for the claim and until now they haven't settled my car -- baring in mind that I'm still paying my instalment every month since march -- this is really frustrating as when I phone for a follow up I'm taken from pillar to post with no answers -- when I get through nobody knows what's going on and they keep on saying that they will call me back but they never do -- I've dealt with so many people and all of them don't seem to know what they are doing -- I feel like they want to ***** me and my car is sitting at the panel beaters not being fixed -- I need this sorted out cause I'm paying for a car that I'm not driving
