PATHETIC SERVICES

This is the worst insurance company I have ever delt with. Firstly the manager of the company, Andrew Jansen, don't know what each consultant is working on. When I needed to speak to him as the consultant is not available, he responded it is not his line to help me. I will have to contact the consultant when she, Ruva, is available. I have non stop phoning & emailing this company to sort the damages that their client caused in my yard for the past 3 months and have no joy. The manager has no professional behaviour in him. He rages out instead of resolving the matter. Their service is pathetic. I do not recommend any family or friends or any person out there to do business with them.
