Poor after sales service

We are a holiday apartment based in Amanzimtoti, one of our services to providing a laundry service.

Both our heavy duty bottle steam irons, which we purchased from them, gave us problems. We sent them to SZ Sewing in Durban for repairs at a cost of R 1,695.98,(inclusive of couriers costs) this was for replacement of the solenoid valves of both irons. , on the 11 September 2025, the irons were returned on the 08 October 2025.

On the 22 December 2025, both irons started over heating, we contacted Jenny Naidoo, who advised us, the technician repairing the irons is around eighty (80) years old and there is their is no warranty on any repair work.

Jenny's attitude was unfriendly, unhelpful and unaccommodating.

We will most defiantly cannot recommend this company to anyone and will not be purchasing irons from them in the future.
