Good after sales service
Jenny is always friendly and helpful. A industrial sewing machine was bouht for me and I needed after sales assistance. She quickly arranged the technician to come and help me and show me how to use the machine. I am grateful that good customer service is the norm. I can trust that my small business can run and grow with Jenny's diligence.

01 May 2024, 19:27I am retracting my review because promises were not kept. I am now an unhappy customer. My machine is broken and not fixed for four months I was waiting for feedback on the part and the training will not be provided.
