False advertising by SYS control.

I signed a contract under a promotion (Free instalation)alas after suspension of services l am now being charged for installation fees this is after l disputed them charging me for services not rendered. There is nowhere on the contract that says anything about installation fees or the amount of the contract.I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them .I spoke to a consultant over the phone who was being told what to say by someone on the other end of the line ,when l requested to talk to the person directly they refused.How unprofessional.
