Syrex and their so called hosted PABX?????

Ah Syrex!!!!

If you ever hear of this company or are contemplating doing business with them, DON"T!!! i know we suffer with poor service delivery in South Africa, but these guys take the cake, their service delivery is non existent... from implemented hosted PABX systems that don't work(by the way, their Hosted PABX just don't even venture down that road, you'll regret it), to requests that never get attended to.

I requested a new number for a branch that was opening up, along with 2 additional extensions in early Feb 2021. it is now April and i have no comms on site. support transfers me to the account manager and the account manager to support. i've made payment as per requested and now await my telephone numbers.

you call, you email, you beg and plead and scream and beg again and yeah we're still waiting. hands down the most unprofessional and *********** company i've dealt with.
