******* ALERT: I undertook to have a borehole installed at my residence. This company Cape Town Boreholes ( Owner operated) quoted me and I accepted their quote and proceeded to pay the 50% deposit in the amount of R20 240 as per the conditions of the quote. To make a long story short, the borehole was never installed, payment of the deposit was made 10th May 2022,. I proceeded to engage a Lawyer to assist in getting my deposit back, the owners of the business ducked and dived, **** to the lawyer once they eventually responded to the letter of demand. I then proceeded to open a small claims court case, when the sheriff of the court went to the given address they had packed up and left, the house was totally empty. After a lot of asking and basically begging for my own money back the Owner Jacques agreed and paid half of my deposit back R10 000 to be exact and since then I am given the run around once more for the remaining R10 240 I strongly advise against anyone doing business with such ************ business people, it is this type of people who operate in industries that gives the industry a bad name and reputation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
