********** delivery of summons for traffic fine

Syntell officer Kalamadien delivered summons to home address (as per notes made by himself on the summons). I then obtained faxed copy of the summons and got proof that nobody was at home address on said date and time. Upon quering with Traffic Department and City of Cape town, Mr Kalamadien send me an affidavit stating that summons was delivered at my work address. I have never worked at the address where Mr Kalamadien supposedly delivered the summons and had it signed for.....that is not in sync with what he noted on the summons. After numerous phone calls and emails - including Syntell - I am just walking into brick walls. These people \delivering"the summonses is getting away with ****** and nobody does anything about it. Because of this there was a warrent of arrest issued for me. I had to pay the fine"
