<p>Last year I had 3 traffic fines with no photo's, I took them to Syntell as I work next door to them. I was told that they were testing the camera in the car park and I should not have received a fine as it is also an H1 (hand held camera) and in a town not in SA also that I was doing "0"Km. I was told this was a error and forget it. This year June I received 3 fines (R600 each) and was told via SMS that a summons was out, so I quickly paid them via Paycity as I was worried about going to court, I then remebered the previous years 3 fines which are the same ones. I am now out of pocket for something I didnt do and I wonder how many other OLD HONEST PEOPLE just pay up. </p>
