Poor service

Bought a Gizzu 1000W portable power station model : GPS1100U from One Day Only and had issues with from the start.I was told to always have an appliance connected otherwise it will not switch on after an outage.I am using the Gizzu power station as a UPS for my alarm system. Finally it stopped working and I contacted Syntech whom I would assume is the distributor of Gizzu products. Just want the public to know what poor service from this company and especially from Chester Manganye. I finally received my unit without a power cable in the box. I asked him for an email stating what the fault was and what repairs was carried out and he sent me a msg on WhatsApp that a button was faulty and it was repaired and should I have a problem I must contact him. That is not professional because when my warranty is over or he is not working at Syntech anymore then I will be in a difficult position. Initially he was very reluctant to assist and when I told him I was going to complain to his manager then I got some response. I never want to see this brand anymore and will be weary when I see the name Syntech Distributers in the future. Very disappointed with the Gizzu product and more so the service from this company and its staff.
