Loot as a reseller is bad for the Syntech brand!

I recently purchased a Gizzu device 296Wh portable power station from Loot.co.za

After the initial delivery being delayed, we eventually received the device which would not power on. I had to go through a lengthy returns process, with the device having to be returned to you (apparently) for testing. It was confirmed that the power station was faulty and another one was shipped to us.

After charging the second power station for 4 or so hours, this device again did not switch on. Not even the LED flashlight would switch on. We logged a return with Loot and requested a refund.

It’s now almost 3 months after we purchased the power station from Loot, have never received a working device and are still sitting out of pocket. We have Loot threatening to deduct a 20% handling fee before refunding us? This is after we have endured faulty devices and constant back and forth emails.

Is this really a vendor you want distributing your product, while we the client sit in the dark, quite literally?
