Excellent and professional conduct

I purchased a power supply from PC Link Computers, which was dead on arrival. After returning it to PC Link, they eventually told me the unit was not purchased from them, and that their supplier Syntech says it was purchased from takealot. I did not purchase it from takealot, as I have no record of it, but I do have an invoice from PC Link. Maurice from PC Link closed the matter. I contacted Ashley from Syntech directly and she assisted. She told me that there was a mix-up with the serial numbers on their side and kindly offered to correct the issue. She acted very professionally and the matter and resolved the issue in a good time frame. 5 stars for Ashley. If only more people would conduct their daily duties in the same way Ashley did. BRAVO!
