Easy and efficient refund process

Bought a Gizzu power supply from them through Takealot, turned out to be faulty after 1.5 years. App**** for a refund through takeout they put me through to Syntech who organised collection and a full refund in a week.

Pleasantly surprised if was this easy all I needed was my Takealot receipt.
