Synibuild, Western Cape, a ********** outfit that should be avoided at all cost.

This review is about a business called Synibuild represented by an individual called Nathan Cleophas. The company operates in the Western Cape area. Synibuild is in fact totally ********** as it has firstly misrepresented itself as registered with the NHBRC and also engaged in extensive ********** activities during my one year engagement with them. Their modus operandi is to quote for construction/home improvement services, charge an upfront fee of 50%, engage in delay tactics by performing some menial aspect of the work at very low quality, sucking the client in by falsely claiming there is additional work not foreseen that needs to be done for regulatory purposes, securing more money and then eventually when time runs out and they are cornered, they simply abscond. Just about everything they say and do is false and ********** and they should be avoided at all costs.
