synergy worx - ********** behavior and poor workmanship.
synergy worx, was contracted to erect a roof at our premises. we never received a plan or even a drawing for this roof. Problems arise when the roof started to leak, and it was discovered that their other work that was performed is very poor quality.
The Paint job showed several patches where their staff did not do a good job in painting.
We have paid them all their money, but still they did not fix the problems as pointed out to them.
be careful in doing business with them, as they do not fix their own problems. When confronted with these problems we got a lot of attitude from them. they admitted that they have inflated their invoice to make more profit.
