Synergy Contact Center is a ****ty work environment

Synergy is ****, it’s the pits… I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go work there, they care jack about you as an employee. As long as the client pays them, your health, your money khohlwa they don’t care, you would log complaints everytime but the issue is never resolved
