Synergy Digital Marketing none delivery

Poor Service delivery, I lost 80% of my sales based on statistics, when I asked for my Google Analytics Reports Synergy Digital Marketing could not supply as they did not have the integration done, they disabled all my successful campaigns and in 14 Days they managed to get me the lowest Sales numbers I have had in the past 12 Months. I have never had such bad sales numbers till they took over my google ads management .
