MISINFORMING

In July 2014 i contacted the debt collectors and spoke to Sonnyboy at Syndicatedcollectors to make request my outstanding balance and settlement amount as well as to make payment arrangements.He gave me an amount of R9086.00 . Monthly payments of R1500.00 went off over the past 6mnths as agreed, however, when i mailed him in Feb 2015 to provide me with a letter stating i paid my debt in full i received an email from Selvan Govender stating i owe R5000 still. I rep**** to the mail disputing this stating my case that i paid up the R9068 that Sonnyboy said i still have outstanding and in return received second statement with a total different break down stating I still owe over R6000 again. I disputed this and received a call from Gary trying to explain to me the interest that i need to pay. I requested the call with my conversation with Sonnyboy and to date have not received it. I am utterly disappointed that i am now being told that i owe over R5000 that was never disclosed to me on my first call when i asked for a settlement amount. This is my second bad encounter that i have with them. I refuse to pay for an agent who informed me incorrectly. Will take this matter further
