Waiting for refund since October 2015

I bought a vehicle from Synchro Auto(Zubair) in September 2015 on delivery vehicle had faulty starter, aircon issue, speedo, powersteering issues vehicle was sent back for repairs, they could not fix it after they had it for a month, and Zubair agreed to refund me my money during October 2015. He never gave my money back , he wrote email to say full refund be paid on 3 December 2015 this did not happen. Many promises have happened for full payment up to now. In the mean time I had to take out a loan to buy another vehicle. He gave me a car (small cherry without aircon) to use until he pays me, I don't need a loan car, I need my money back. Last week he wrote email to say he will pay within 40 days he also agreed to pay R21 000 before 4 March 2016. Nothing was paid by 4 March 2016. It has now been 5 months that I have been waiting to be refunded to the amount of R56 650.00 This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. He even told me last week that he did deposit the money but nothing appears on my side and no proof of payment was sent to me. I have phoned, sms and visited his dealership in Witkoppen 58 so many times I cant even count. I have had enough now.
