Synchroauto a bad Car Dealer

I bought a Hyundai I10 cash, with a Guaranteed on the Engine, I ask them for the car papers and they told me that they courier the papers to me in 24 hours because the papers is at anothe Garage for save keeping! The car broke down and I cant get bake to JHB because its costing me a lot of money to fix the car and we must wait for parts from Korea... im stuck now for 3 weeks and 3 days already and must still wait for 21 day to get the parts that was ordered... now also I have a car with no papers and also no license that is Broken. the dealership owner never answer his phone and keep making empty promises. The only person we can talk to is the lady in the office but that is how far I get.... repair on the car is now Almost R9000. please help!!!!!
