Refund on Hyundai i10 was never made

I bought a Hyundai i10 from this owner Zubair from Synchro Auto with Guarantee on Engine...

I never received the car paper of the car as he promised me he will courier the paper to my house whithin 24houres... before i had to leave for Bloemfontein for work... (I never received any papers) and again he promised to send me the papers...

I had to leave for work and i had problems with the car... So Mr Zubair owner of Synchro Auto send his Mechanic to my house to "fix" the car...

But on my way to Bloemfontein the car breaks down and i had to take it in to a Garage to fix the car and Mr Zubair promised to pay for fixing the car.... (He never did) I had to pay +/- R10,000 out of my own pocket to fixed the car and also had to order part from Korea because there was no parts in South Africa for the Hyundai i10... (Now i was stuck in Bloemfontein for 2 months)

I the went to a lawyer and he canceld the deal and an arrangement was made and a contract was drawn up through the Attorney that when i arrived in JHB that i will take the car back and my money will be paid back...

Mr Zubair promised to pay the money within 10day... (He never did up to now) +/- over 2years now and I'm still waiting...

I spend extra R30,000 on fixing the car and lawyer fee... Still didn't got anything...

Can't believe how someone can just take things from someone and not pay the money back and not worry or care about anything...

Please help!!!!
