I am furious that because of this man called Zubeir Ismail Eshak owner of Synchro Auto.
This man is a true charlatan, he has ****** my car and has financially messed up my life. I sold my car to him at the end of February, he still has failed to pay me because he made some lame excuse of the car being broke but this is after his mechanics tested my car and then he signed the purchase agreement which he dishonored . I then tried seeking help for the police in march and they said I should take it up with the small claims which I did but they said the amount is to big. Then then referred me to legal aid, law society, pro bono, wits law clinic and I tried speaking to private firms for a pro bono. Most of the firms that deal with pro bono case were not taking on any case because they had a back log of case and the private firms all requested a payment before they could assist. I then tried going back to Zubeir to see if I could reach another agreement with him but he was evading me. I tried replying for positions a an investments advisor because I am experienced in that field but I had to problems , I firstly do not have my car anymore and my credit profit started taking a negitive hit because of this charlatan( Zubeir Ismail Eshak). I then tried going to his place of business in June to find out that he had moved it a week before I got there. I then went straight to Randburg police station because I was reluctanted to deal with the Douglasdale police station because they worked with his business. The officer at Randburg police station said he can open a case for me but because of procedure he has to transfer my docket to Douglasdale for his business is under their jurisdiction. I then went there the following day to speak to the officer to find out by his Captain Mr. Pretorious that the officer is on leave for the following week. I then went back with my case number: 757/6/2017 to investigating officer Const. MV Gabaekangoe he then looked at the docket and told me this is not a case for the police to assist with because he concluded the matter is a civil case and not a ******** matter, which confused me like hell because I am telling him this guy ran away with my car. He then immediately told me that he is closing the case and I would need to seek legal aid. I explained to him that I left my job an investment advisor to try an start my own business venture which I was going to use the funds to settle my debt and the difference to fund my business, he just said it was out of his hands and he was going to close my case. The message I got out of this that if I don't have resources or refunds then society or law enforcement can not help me. I do not blame people that take the law into their own hands because I have to suffer while this idiot is laughing his ass off because no one will help me. This man is allowed to prosper on other peoples pain because I am not the only one, so please be careful of this fool.
