2nd Hand Car Dealer ********....Beware!!!!

I bought the vehicle, Nissan X trail Reg WCS 677 GP from the above person on the 30.06. 2015 for the total of R52 000. He was asking R60 000 but after negotiating, he accepted R52 000.<br> <br> I drove it home, 5 kilometers form the dealership at 1pm, 30.06.2015. At 5 pm that same day, I took the vehicle to do my daily shop for bread and milk.<br> <br> After 500 meters the car over heated, steam was coming from the radiator and the top up tank I immediately stopped and waited for it to cool down. I replaced the water in the radiator, it then would not start. It eventually started but black smoke was pumping out the exhaust.<br> <br> I had the vehicle towed back home.<br> <br> He has since ignored 50 phone calls, eventually has stated that I bought the vehicle, as is. No refund and wont repair.
