Customer complain

What a horrible customer service from a consultant at Sync in Katlehong her name is Tumeleng or something I bought a Jean without a price tag on Tuesday 21 October I couldn't fit it because it was late. When I got home the Jean was not suitable I then returned it to the store the following day on Wednesday 22 October, she started accusing me that I was wearing the Jean all night and now that I'm broke I need money I'm returning it back she won't take back the Jean because it is dirty and I have removed the price tag yet I got it that way she was so rude and disrespectful even calling me names, she insulated me told me to never come back to the store, because she's tired of me buying items and return them. When the store manager tried to interfere and assist he was very calm, apologized and willing to assist me she still refused to assist with the return and called the next customer instead, after processing the return she threw the money at me please you need to do something about this consultant she doesn't know anything about customer service she's worse then shoprite cashiers, she doesn't deserve this job at all. As long as she's still working there you'll keep losing customers until you close the store🤞🏾 she also mentioned that even if I report her to the head office nothing will happen to her.
