DISHONOURABLE COMPANY

I am absolutely livid and appalled at the service I am currently receiving from this group of brokers. In 2020 a gentleman from the group contacted me to sell me insurance for my vehicle which I already had and to convince me to accept the quote he offered me no Excess on windscreen and radio. He also assured me that my policy documents will reflect excess for the above but when I need to claim for any of the 2 I can ask for him / get someone to listen to our call for this to be granted. 2yrs later I need to make a claim for my windscreen and I am being told that the offer no longer stands because they used to use an excess waiver product which they no longer have and I would now be liable to pay R1300 excess to replace my windscreen. THIS IS A COMPANY OF ******!!! Their service is appalling and I would never recommend anyone to sign up through Sync Brokers for anything. My previous insurer was only charging excess of R750 and now I have to pay twice as much because these people refuse to honour their end of the deal! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!
