Case of theft

Called them to install a Jojo Tank. Paid a deposit on December 11, 2025. They built the slab for the tank and never came back. Tried to call them/email/whatsapp many times. No reply. Am pursuing legal action but not sure if I will get my money back. Don't trust them, they are *******.
