Super inefficient lady answering their telephones and queries. After trying 5 times to get her to arrange for a quote I have given up. The worst was today when I tried one last time when she actually said she has no idea when they can help me. My first call to her had already warning lights when her lack of enthusiasm to talk to me was blatant but I ignored it and WA her ALL the details. She did not want to take down my details herself. I can just assume that this lady is part of a family business and that is why she is still employed there. If she was working for me, I would totally fire her according to LRA for incompetence. I will not recommend dealing with this company at all. Avoid and at least keep your dignity. Rude employees should be exposed and why should we at all have to accept this rudeness. This company do not want new business. They have big clients and is not at all interested in getting new business. Super funny since I am in the property development business and should I have had a pleasant experience with them, I could have used them in future for my developments. Avoid at all costs!!!
