SYMS Plumbing, please don't ever use them!!!!

Standard Bank Home insurance sent them to me for my geaser didn't work. They replaced the element and gasket but it leaks a lot of water. I called SYMS and they told me that he will be at my house first thing in the morning witch didn't happen. I paid him R650 for the job and now had to get another plumber out to fix his mess!!!!
