SYMS plumbing

This company is the most unreliable company found. They have no sense of time or ethics . They were supposed to replace my geyser at 9AM this morning I called the company and the gentleman that assisted me yesterday when he came to do the assessment acted as if he didn't know who I was and said they have other places to go to after telling me YESTERDAY would be at my home at 9am sharp. I'm highly disappointed in the assistance and ethics of this company! PLS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES !!!!!!!!
