Terrible experience!

DO NOT use them! They use an old H100 that smokes, it is rusty and they do not use anything to protect your furniture. Only after we refused to use them, they called someone to bring blankets. However, they still damaged our furniture and the new house we moved into. When they were done the organiser insisted that we pay more because we had more furniture than what she anticipated. However, we in fact sent her an updated list prior to the move after which she did not change the quote. We agreed to pay more on the understanding that their insurance would cover the damages, but to date we have not had any reply from the insurance, and unable to get hold of the company.
