Dishonest and poor service

Syms logistics made our move an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They damaged so many of our furniture items and fittings in the house. They sub-contracted movers who were amateurs, who they didn’t pay, resulting in the movers refusing to offload the second load and not wanting to leave our property. The same movers stole and consumed our alcohol on the job. It has been 2.5 weeks since we’ve submitted the insurance claims (that was included in my quote) and nothing has been replaced or paid out, with my emails/messages and calls being ignored. This “company” is a dishonest business. We regret using this company, will NEVER use them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone, so think twice before using them.

Ps. The 5 star google reviews are written by themselves, as the one name of one of the reviews was written by the manager/owner who I had to pay.
