Disappointed

<p>I have ordered a Sweet chilli chicken and pineapple Tramezzini with extra AVOCADO!! But when my order arrived with Gaugaumole. I've sent it back and they told me they can't take it off the bill I still have to pay for it although I didn't eat it. Management didn't come and explain themselves!!</p>
