Bad Service

<p>Im really dissapointed with the service I received at Symphony's,I booked the venue for my daughter's birthday a month ago paid for the deco,welcome drinks for the kids and everything else,I even called in a day before for confirmation and I was told that everything was in place.Came the day of the party,nothing was done,no tables, no deco,NOTHING!!Apparantly they "forgot".We had to wait downstairs with the kids while they were preparing for us,when they were finally done I was not happy at all with the deco at all.Ive attended several functions at symphony's and their deco is always on point,well not mine.It looked like it was just done to get me off their backs,I had to ask before anything will be done.No signs of remorse or whatsoever.The service I could have gotten at Spur would have been much better than what I received at symphony's.Im really dissapointed and hurt </p>
