LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE

After recently going through my mother's documents (she is 99 yrs old), I noticed that a letter sent to the above company on 23/11/2012 regarding a lost share certificate has not been responded to nor has the lost share certificate been received. All the supporting documentation was sent under cover of the letter by registered mail. <br>
