When are you going to refund me?

Nedbank Account Number: ********** 562901 and Symington & De Kok Attorneys Reference Number: DH2468MMN1123. I had a home loan shortfall of R98 093.17 with Nedbank and it was handed over to you Symington & de Kok Attorneys. I made an arrangement to pay R1 370.00 monthly from January 2013, of which I did every month until December 2018 and it totaled to R98 640.00. The reason I overpaid the account was the miscalculations communicated by you (Symington & De Kok Attorneys) that I was still owing +/- R 1 400.00 around November 2018. I the took the liberty of querying the matter using the whatsapp system you created and on 20 February 2019, I got a call from Ms Euince Sekoe confirming that I am done paying the amount of R98 093.17 and I will get a refund of about the refund. She asked me to send Ms Ilandra Coetzee and her my banking details with supporting documents such as ID Copy, Bank Statement and a proof that I was the one paying the account (due to the fact that it was a joint home loan), I sent her the documents on 27 February 2019. Since then, I have been waiting for the refund. I made telephonic follow ups with Ms Ilandra Coetze where in most cases she told that the money would be in my account maybe in the next 3 days and since then it never came. I also sent several emails following up on the refund to both Ms Ilandra Coetzee and Ms Eunice Sekoe but none of them two responded to my emails. I know R546.83 might look as a small amount to you, however this is a matter of principles, you owe me that amount, you must pay it back. I did my part by settling the amount that I was owing Nedbank but now I find myself have to follow Symington & De Kok on a refund, it is frustrating. I remember how you used to pressure me to pay the shortfall of R98 093.17, calling me rudely everyday, mind you I was not working then but I made some arrangements and paid that amount but now you are the one failing to give me my money back after your miscalculations, really now? Can you please see to it that I get my money back as soon as possible. The ignorance of my emails from Symington & De Kok Attorney employees (Ilandra and Eunice) is unacceptable.
