Useless Assistance

I have paid my account over 11 months ago as per their advi*****t. I have yet to have them allocate my funds paid or provide me with any update. How does it that this long unless you have ****** the money leaving other attorneys contact me. May and Rashid have not corresponded with me at all with an update. You phone and cannot get through. Please sort this out ASSP
