Unprofessional staff at this poor excuse for a company

Symington De Kok Attorneys - they are very unprofessional and harass people.

I am trying to sort out debits orders that they took off for Bayport loans and i get told i will call you back just now. a day later i call again and get told i will call you back just now. If you are not going to help then please rather say so instead of wasting my time. You harass people by phoning them whilst they are at work and have told you that they cannot take calls during working time - but you will phone one after the other 5 or 6 times. Unbelievably rude - guess what i will pay you just now............
