UNNECESSARY SMS CHARGES

<p>I have had a payment arrangement for a while now and been making payments every month. Since 2 months ago, I have been receiving sms's every day, sometimes even twice in a day and found this to be quite annoying. 2 weeks ago i had contacted them to find out what is my outstanding balance and at the the same time I had requested a statement from them, to have a look as to why my balance is so high. To my astonishment, they have been charging me for sms's, Email, collection fee's every single month.Even for paying my monthly installment, i have been charged. Is this right? ??? how can you charge someone R15.39 for an email, which i doubt i ever received??? how can you charge someone for sms's every single day, when they have paid their monthly payment as promised and you still charge them for the sms's. I have requested that they alter my statement. They had advised that they wont, until I settle the account. I have no words to express the way I nfeel about broad day light *******.</p>
