Stonewalled, not allowing me to pay my account off

Let's not get started on how i ended up having to pay these people but now that I want to find my outstanding balance so I can clear my credit I am being stone walled, already been through 3 different people and each one hands it off to the next. (Lerato, Leonie & some poor clerk that's been thrown under the bus and has never even heard of my account)

I can guarantee I am being charged for each email even though I'm not the one causing the need for multiple emails. "We have asked a clerk to workout your account" - what does that even mean... you gave me an amount to start with and I have been paying monthly to that account and sending the proof of payment through. It's not like we're launching a rocket to space here, 3 weeks is more than enough time to do rudimentary math. Besides accounting software handles all this anyway.
