I had an account from Mr Price that I paid of almost 2 years ago.The 1st of November I wanted to pay my new Mrp account and decided to pay it via my Fnb app.But I never changed the details and the Mrp account I had on my app was still the account information of Symington and de Kok.I phoned them and they said that they would pay the R950 back into my account.After a week they needed something every other day.They have everything they need to pay MY MONEY back.It has been more than a month and I have not received my money.When you phone someone will follow it up and come back.They never do.My advice is to never agree to make payments to them for any account,they are nothing more than ******* there.If I dont receive my money by the end of the week I will open a case of theft against them and sue for all the calls and emails I had to make.Dont ever pay a sent to these people.
