Settlelment letter

<p>Good morning.</p> <p>i had a vodacom contarct account for so long and i was having problems regarding the payment untill my account was handed over to the Symington&deKok Attorneys. i settled the account last month May 2016 and they promised to send me the paid up letter the following day... i severaly called the lady by the name od Joyce Pelaetso regarding the matter but she keep on promising to send me the letter but till to date even yesterday the 09 June 2016 i clled her asking her to give me her supervisors numbers so that i can speak to her, she said to me we will send you a letter. Symington &De Kok they are quicker collect the money on behalf of vodacom but when it comes to clear your name its a mission so vodacom must look for another Attorneys... i whope this matter will be settled as soon as possible before i escalate the matter to issa..i even have my ref number which is the one that i am using it when calling them it vc***.</p>
