Rude consultant & *********** stuff

Due to a lack of activity, FNB transferred my business account. I paid R380.27 and spoke with the supervisor yesterday, 02/04/2025, who informed me that I would receive my settlement letter today at 11:00 am to reactivate my bank account. March 4, 2025 at 12:00pm called the company the lady that was assisting me is refusing to speak to me i could hear her telling her colleagues to tell me shes not at work,my contractors has not been paid because of this *********** stuff the company has hired, the service is appalling and unnecessary to say the least.
