Poor service Symington de kok attorneys and FNB

This company called me day and night to pay FNB business account R270 i paid the account and now they are not able to give me clearance letter they tell me that the consultant that was supposed to process everything was on lunch then knocked off i mean we are talking about an account where i get paid on now im stuck because of their luch breaks incompetence. I dont understand why FNB give so much responsibility to a small company like this one that cant even handle sending a clearance letter
