Poor communication from a so called reputable company

I was contacted by Symington & De Kok to make payment. I have made the payment on the 4/07/2023, since then till now theres no response from them. I have even made a call and the lady told me a week ago they will send me a letter and proof to say i have paid, but till date nothing has been sent to me from them as they state once payment has been received on their side we get proof after 48hours. Seems like they not keeping up to their promise. Im abit worried if i have not been ****med by them as they seem to be abit ***** as to what they state on their emails and what exactly are they doing.
